By terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts that accompany the main product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund. Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, "Joyful Arts School" accepts product returns up to 30 (thirty) days after the date of receipt of the order and under the following conditions: Product in perfect state of conservation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
